A Mozambikes Ambassador is someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others by HELPING our cause. Rural communities in Africa have a daily struggle, they need our support and a bicycle would have a tremendous impact on their lives and livelihood. Mozambikes Ambassadors help us spread the word about the power of bicycles to change lives in Mozambique, one bicycle at a time. Our Ambassadors program offers a platform for you to help raising funds to donate bicycles to people living on less than $1 per day.
Ambassadors can raise money by organizing events (live or virtual/digital), for example by dedicating their birthdays, running a marathon or a cycling race, organizing a ‘spin for charity’ class at their gym, starting a fund in honor of a loved one, and more.
You can truly make a difference in the lives of people in Mozambique! We really need the support of those of us who recognize the importance of having a bicycle for the people who cannot afford it themselves. Together we can do our best to make this happen, One Bicycle At A Time.
The Mozambikes Ambassadors program gives you some great ideas to fundraise for people who desperately need wheels to change and improve their quality of life. We have selected an easy platform for you to initiate and share fundraising activities for this good cause to make it as easy as possible. But fundraising is not all there is. We also greatly value Ambassadors who contribute their time, expertise and network helping to get our message across.
The first step is to set up your Mozambikes Fundraising account, which will help track your progress, involve your friends and collect donations.
